Build Something New Architects, Engineers, Designers, Builders compensation: equity Looking for a few people who want to help start a new architecture + engineering practice here in Vermont. The first pieces we need are a licensed architect and a licensed engineer (civil/structural focus). But we're also open to talking with: Designers Drafting talent Interns / EITs Anyone who wants to be part of building a firm from the ground up The idea: Start small with residential + small multi-family projects. Grow into municipal, multi-story, and regional work. Everyone involved has a chance to shape the practice, train others, and earn more than they would in a regular job. What we offer: Office space. Back-office support (bookkeeping, software, marketing). Shared ownership / profit-split opportunities for licensed partners. A place for ambitious people to grow into roles with bonuses + responsibility.
