START WORK IMMEDIATELY / ON-GOING WORK / PROJECTS

SCOPE OF WORK:
Various Residential Work Order Projects for Military Family Residential Housing:

SKILLED TRADESMAN EXPERIENCED IN: Please indicate which skilled trade you are applying for.

- ROOFING (Roofing & all related exterior repairs
- DRYWALL (Ceiling & wall repairs & replacements / water damage repairs / etc)
- CARPENTRY (Sub-floor repair /replacements / Deck & balcony repairs / Exterior support beams / etc)

10-99 Subcontractor

MUST BE ABLE TO ACCESS MILITARY BASE (pass background check)

WORK PERFORMED IN BOTH OCCUPIED & UNOCCUPIED MILITARY RESIDENTIAL HOUSING (varies).

PAYMENT TERMS:

Sub-contractor submits price proposal based on the Scope of Work provided and / or assessment made by visiting jobsite

Invoice submitted after job completion and paid out weekly on Friday for all work completed by 5pm.
