As a vital leader of our Aviation team, you'll have the chance to work on challenging projects where we'll depend on your expertise, intuition, and leadership with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects. You'll be considered an expert within our Aviation discipline. You'll grow professionally with us as we rise together on impactful aviation projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services. You will be leading the growth of the Boston aviation practice with the backing of our extensive New England Aviation staff, with a long history delivering planning, design, program and construction management projects. You'll connect with clients and support proposals, helping to advance our business development strategy. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living. You will also be a key part of the client account management team.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Substantial professional years experience on aviation projects
  • Professional Engineer License (P.E.)
  • Experience as a team and project delivery leader functioning as a design manager and/or project manager on large aviation projects. Aviation projects include landslide, airside, and terminal related programs
  • Demonstrated experience working on successful projects with public agencies including Massport and/or the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ)
  • A Mentality of Building, Coaching, and Mentoring project team
  • Strong focus on quality and ability to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

160,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

180,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $160,000.00 to $180,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
