We're looking for a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - Infrastructure Engineer to join our internal IT department. This role is focused on managing, enhancing, and optimizing CSI's ServiceNow CMDB platform with a strong emphasis on ITOM, asset data management, and workflow automation. What You'll Do As an Infrastructure Engineer for ServiceNow management solution, you'll be responsible for ensuring our CMDB remains the trusted source of truth for IT operations and asset management. You'll collaborate across IT, security, and business teams to keep ServiceNow aligned with CSI's evolving needs. Key responsibilities include: Oversee the management and accuracy of the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring lifecycle management of all configuration items (CIs) from creation to retirement. Define and enforce CMDB standards including naming conventions, data models, relationships, and compliance controls. Lead discovery implementation and governance to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and alignment with CSI's ITOM initiatives. Monitor CMDB health, generate reports, and deliver insights to support IT decision-making. Implement and maintain asset data management workflows to improve data quality, accessibility, and compliance. Build low-code solutions using tools like Query Builder, Pattern Designer, Business Rules, and Database Views. Collaborate with product owners and data stewards to map external data sources, integrate with cloud providers, and govern data exchanges. Support ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and rollout of new features. Provide training and support to CMDB users to ensure effective adoption of processes and policies. Continuously improve workflows and dashboards to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Proven experience managing CMDB platforms in ServiceNow with emphasis on ITOM and asset data workflows. Strong knowledge of CMDB configuration management practices, ITIL processes (V3/V4), and governance frameworks (e.g., CMMI, Data Governance). Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms (e.g., Azure) and managing multisource CMDB data. Ability to create and implement policies, procedures, and documentation to support CMDB quality and compliance. Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with IT, security, and business stakeholders. Experience leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting ServiceNow upgrades.
