High-end furniture and design company seeks a talented, creative, craftsperson to join our team of skilled fabricators and furniture makers. This is a dynamic role where you'll collaborate with our experienced team, solve complex design challenges, assemble finished pieces, and work with diverse materials to create bespoke pieces.

What You'll Do:

Assist our skilled fabricators with high-end custom furniture and design pieces
Develop specialized finishing techniques
Assemble finished pieces of furniture
Collaborate on creative problem-solving and brainstorming
Work with various materials and specialty techniques
Handle multiple projects simultaneously
Read and interpret shop drawings

Requirements:

2-4 years of professional shop experience
Comprehensive knowledge of woodworking machinery
Knowledge of solid wood joinery and veneering techniques
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with leadership qualities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
