Construction Laborer

We are looking for highly motivated workers for general laborer positions to work full time on various job locations, and perform a wide range of construction tasks in both commercial and residential. • Follow safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing all activities.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Help with demolition work
• Reliable transportation is required to get to shop/office each day.
• Must be physically fit, motivated, and ready to work in all weather conditions.
• This full time role involves physical labor, site cleanup, material handling, basic tool use, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Hours: Monday - Friday (8-12 hour shifts)
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stay on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• We typically do not work weekends.

• QUALIFICATION & SKILLS: A minimum of 1 years experience working in the commercial or residential construction industry.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards, and effectively utilizing all tools and equipment relevant to the work.
• Ability to speak and understand the English language.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
