Overview
Feinmann Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to support our production team in delivering high-end residential remodeling projects. This role partners closely with a Senior Project Manager, clients, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and with exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do
- Support project managers in overseeing residential remodeling projects from planning through completion.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, logs, and documentation using project management software (e.g., Excel, SmartSheets, TEAMs).
- Coordinate daily tasks with site supervisors and trade partners to keep work progressing on schedule.
- Assist with inspections, permits, and ensuring code compliance.
- Provide professional, proactive communication with clients regarding updates, next steps, and expectations.
- Help maintain safe, clean, well-organized jobsites that reflect Feinmann's quality standards.
- Identify issues early and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of construction, production coordination, or project management experience (residential remodeling preferred).
- Strong understanding of project sequencing, residential trades, and jobsite workflows.
- Experience with SmartSheets, Bluebeam, or similar construction software (training available).
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ownership mindset - proactive, accountable, and strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites in the Greater Boston area.
Compensation & Benefits
- $72k-$88k/year based on experience
