Develop and manage solicitations (RFQs), including posting, addenda, and documentation in the e-procurement system. Coordinate evaluations, selection meetings, and consultant interviews. Ensure compliance with federal and state procurement laws, regulations, and Department policies. Support contract development, negotiations, and amendments. Review procurement and contract documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Maintain procurement records and contract files in accordance with audit requirements. Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the procurement process. What You'll Bring Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent relevant experience in procurement, contracts, or project coordination. Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, contracting, or other compliance-driven processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
