Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Rough Commercial Carpenter to join our construction team. This position is responsible for performing rough carpentry tasks on commercial construction sites, including framing, formwork, installation of doors, and acoustical ceilings. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a solid understanding of building techniques, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Position Responsibilities:

Metal stud framing

Drywall hanging and taping

Install metal doors and hardware

Shoot Acousitcal ceiling and sound proofing

Demonstrated carpentry experience and required tools

Assist other tradesman on site

Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear (e.g., hard hats, gloves, safety glasses).

Ability to make precise measurements and cuts

Qualifications:

OSHA 10 preferred but not required

Previous Commercial Carpentry experience

Ability to work 40 hours a week

Be able to work over time if necessary

Strong references that will support your work history

Must have Reliable Transportation

Pay Range: $25.00/hr. + Depending on Experience
