The Town of Kent is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to serve as a Contract Municipal Building Inspector and ADA Coordinator. This dual-role position is responsible for enforcing the Connecticut State Building Code and ensuring the Town's compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related accessibility requirements.

The individual will perform building inspections, review construction plans, issue permits, and work within the Town's permitting platform, while also overseeing ADA compliance across municipal programs, services, and facilities. This role requires strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with Town staff, officials, contractors, and the public.
