Commercial Roofer - $25+ per hour Position Overview We are hiring skilled Commercial Roofers to join our growing team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems while upholding high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. Candidates should be dependable, experienced, and able to work in a physically demanding environment. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, etc.) Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and complete necessary repairs Conduct tearoffs and prepare roof surfaces Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Work efficiently with crew members to meet project timelines Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures Qualifications 1-3+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work at heights Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Compensation $25+ per hour , depending on experience Opportunities for overtime and advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Billings, MT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
