The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and/or residential roofing systems and be comfortable working at heights in a fast-paced environment. ________________________________________ Scope of Work Tear off existing roofing materials and dispose of them properly in designated dumpsters Safely operate roofing tools and equipment Layout and stage new roofing materials on roofs, including metal shingles and TPO systems Install new roofing systems using proper fasteners and installation methods Install flashing, underlayment, and complete roofing applications to industry standards Work safely on ladders and at heights, following all safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized job site, including final cleanup after project completion ________________________________________ Requirements Proven experience as a journey-level roofer Proficiency with metal roofing and TPO systems Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong understanding of roofing safety practices OSHA 10 certification required Reliable transportation and consistent attendance ________________________________________ What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady work and opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality ________________________________________ If you are a skilled roofer looking for consistent work and competitive pay, we encourage you to apply today.
