The Role We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead on-site operations from start to finish, carpentry experience is an asset. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and an understanding of residential construction. You will be responsible for overseeing single or multiple construction projects, assist in maintaining the schedule. Maintaining a high quality and site standards focusing on safety and cleanliness, presenting a professional approach to all that we do. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site construction activities and daily operations Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, accountability, and schedule adherence Working along side project managers with sequencing, milestones, and material flow Ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and design intent Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Qualifications Experience as a Construction or Site Supervisor in residential construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Preferred: Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) Carpentry background OSHA 30 certification Experience with high-end renovations and period homes What We Value Organization and process Craftsmanship and attention to detail Collaboration and accountability Respect for clients, homes, and team members This is an opportunity to join a growing company where your role will have real impact, with the ability to grow alongside the organization.
