Professional Land Development Engineer

Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the land development team Identify, suggest, and secure projects from new and existing clients Provide guidance and direction for the land development team Coordinate and communicate with other staff, departments, municipalities, and private land development clients Manage projects Develop and manage client relationships Requirements: Must be local to the state of Michigan or have direct ties to the state B.S., Civil Engineering or related field PE required in the state of Michigan 7+ year's of experience Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects Experience with development of residential, commercial, office and industrial development projects Experience with project management and budgeting Strong relationships and contacts with regional developers, architects, municipal staff, and other regulatory agencies What they have for you: Supportive environment 401k Flexible Schedule Professional development assistance Tuition reimbursement **All Inquiries are Confidential** My name is Jennifer Lefforge and I place professionals at all levels across the country.
