Requirements Bachelor s degree in civil engineering New York Professional Engineer (PE) license required 14+ years of progressive experience in Land Development. Proven success leading large civil engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams Strong background working with municipalities, DOTs, DPWs, and public agencies Track record of business development, client growth, and winning new work.
