Direct hire (No GC Companies). I am looking for an experienced handyman/craftsman/tile/marble setter (or small 2-3 person team) to remodel three bathrooms and a laundry room in my one-story home (year built 1987, currently empty and unoccupied): - 1 large primary/master bathroom - 2 smaller bathrooms - 1 laundry room This is not a "basic refresh" project. I am looking for someone with strong craftsmanship who can take inspiration from Pinterest-style photos and bring the design to life with attention to detail and clean/effective execution. Requirements: - High-level of experience cutting and laying tile/marble/stone - Experience with full bathroom remodels - Comfortable with bathroom plumbing-related work- fixture installation, toilets, shower rebuilds w/needed plumbing, etc. - Ability to demo, prep, waterproof, and install correctly (I will pay for all trash and material removal haul-outs; I have guys that will come pick up any trash/demo materials for you. - Good eye for detail and clean/precise finish work. - Must have photos/examples of prior work/bathroom work. - Must provide references Important: I am NOT looking for a large remodeling company or GC that hires subcontractors and adds markup/overhead/project management fees. I am looking to work with a skilled tradesman directly (or a small team). I will pay for ALL project materials separately.
