Lead Carpenter- Residential Remodeling

Location: Worcester County, MA
Pay: $40$50/hour (DOE) + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Work

We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll run projects in the field, lead carpenters, and work directly on high-quality residential renovations.

• Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish
• Perform hands-on carpentry (framing, trim, finish work, cabinetry, doors/windows)
• Supervise and support carpenters and apprentices
• Coordinate subcontractors on-site
• Keep job sites organized, safe, and on schedule
• Communicate with project leadership as needed

• 10+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
• Experience leading crews or working as a lead carpenter/foreman
• Strong finish and rough carpentry skills
• Ability to read plans and work independently
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Valid drivers license

• $40$50/hour based on experience
