Welder / Fabricator

Cypress Metals is a full custom architectural sheet metal and laser shop. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well independently, and wants long-term stable employment with opportunities to grow.

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: Hourly with some paid holidays *based on evaluation - room for growth.

Ability to earn up to 2 weeks PTO

• Laser & MIG welding/fabrication
• Read and interpret shop drawings and measurements
• Cut, fit, grind, and assemble metal components
• Operate shop tools and fabrication equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
• Assist with general shop production and project completion
• All other duties assigned

• Welding experience required (Laser / MIG)
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
