The Architectural Cost Estimator will support the development of detailed cost estimates for architectural and structural systems onplex infrastructure projects, including airports, data centers and energy projects. This position is based in Denver, CO.
They'll work closely with senior estimators and cross-disciplinary teams, contributing to high-quality deliverables while helping to train and support junior staff.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Performing quantity takeoffs (QTO) and developing cost estimates across multiple project phases
Analyzing plans and specifications to identify scope gaps, conflicts, and inconsistencies
Developing preliminary estimates with limited information and validate against benchmarks
Quantifying and pricing materials and labor for structural and architectural systems
Maintaining accurate cost data, assemblies, and estimating databases
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Communicating clearly with internal teams and stakeholders on project updates and risks
Providing day-to-day technical guidance to Analysts
Supporting strong client relationships through clearmunication and reliable delivery
Qualifications:
4+ years of architectural and/or structural estimating experience
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work on deadlines
Proficiency in estimating tools (OST, MII, Success, Timberline, etc.)
Ability to interpret architectural, civil, and engineering drawings across design phases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word)
This position offers:
Salary range $110,000 - $135,000 with bonus opportunities mensurate with experience)
