Join PG&E's Construction Services Work Execution team in San Ramon, CA, where you'll play a critical role in supporting enterprise activities for Traffic Control, Paving, and Spoils. As a Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for invoice validation and ensuring accurate billing according to contracts and field work. You'll collaborate with internal teams and vendors, utilizing systems like Salesforce and SAP, to maintain effective and sustainable controls for compliance.

• Validate invoices and manage related communications with vendors and internal customers.
• Utilize Salesforce / Conga and SAP for contract lifecycle management and invoice reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues promptly.
• Develop documentation for policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and manage key contract milestones proactively.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Four years of experience in contract/project management, business/office management, or finance.

• Experience in accounting, business, contracts, or process/project management with large systems like Salesforce.
• Understanding of PG&E contractor safety requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
