Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of hardscape projects (concrete work, structural features, infrastructure, drainage systems, technology integration)
Manage a $1M hardscape division, focusing on growth and profitability
Collaborate with developers, general contractors, builders, and architects to deliver high-quality hardscape solutions
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in hardscape or landscape construction, particularly in large commercial projects
Must have strong Constructing Estimating/bidding experience, preparing, submitting, presenting, and winning
Proven track record of managing teams and projects with budgets exceeding $1M
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment related to hardscape
Ability to read blueprints and work with architects and engineers
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
Experience working with developers, general contractors, and other key stakeholders
