Production Assistant – Scheduling & Inventory Support

CF Metals is looking for a dependable and organized Production Assistant to join our growing team! This position plays an important role in supporting production operations by coordinating customer scheduling, managing inventory, and assisting with daily office and warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule customer production orders and coordinate timelines
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and production updates
• Track and manage inventory of materials and supplies
• Assist with order processing and production documentation
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely completion of orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and scheduling records
• Support daily office and warehouse operations as needed
• Help maintain an organized and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills required
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, or manufacturing operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction accessories and materials is a plus
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
