As the company continues to expand its self-perform operations across the Northeast, this individual will play a key role in supporting work acquisition and pricing strategy. This a highimpact, strategic position reporting directly to regional executive leadership. Key Responsibilities of the Chief Estimator | Commercial Construction:Responsible for successful project delivery by overseeing budgeting, estimating, constructability reviews, and client engagementPrepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for self-performed construction scopesManage workloads and schedules to meet deadlines for both personal and team deliverablesPartner with the Vice President and regional leadership team to drive pursuit strategy, project acquisition, and client satisfactionAnalyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify scope risks, inclusions, and exclusions Qualifications of the Chief Estimator | Commercial Construction:Construction estimating experience across large-scale commercial projects, with a strong focus on self-performed workStrong analytical, mathematical, and technical proficiency across software, excel and take-offsProven experience estimating concrete, general conditions, labor, carpentry, or specialty tradesExpert in cost estimating and analysis across all project stagesSolid understanding of construction means and methods, labor productivity, and scheduling impactsProficiency with estimating software (e.g., Excel, OST, Bluebeam, Sage, ProEst, or similar tools) Why Join the Company:Opportunity to work with a bestinclass selfperform construction platformCompetitive compensation and benefitsLong-term growth opportunities as the firm continues to expand regionally and nationally
