Assistant Construction Manager - Mission Critical & Data Center ProjectsWe're partnered with a leading, employeeowned EPC firm that specializes in delivering missioncritical and highly technical facilities, including largescale data centers and critical infrastructure environments.They are looking to add an Assistant Construction Manager to support the execution of complex, fastpaced projects where uptime, safety, precision, and schedule certainty are nonnegotiable.This is a strong opportunity for a construction professional who wants deep exposure to data center builds, critical systems, and bestinclass EPC delivery.The RoleYou'll support senior Construction and Project leadership across the full lifecycle of missioncritical construction projects, from preconstruction planning through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.Working closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers, and EPC Program Managers, you'll gain handson experience in environments involving critical power, redundancy, sequencing, and highly coordinated trade execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daytoday execution of safety, quality, schedule, and cost control on missioncritical sitesAssist with implementation of Project Execution Plans, QA/QC plans, and sitespecific Safety & Health PlansSupport subcontractor coordination, RFPs, bid packages, prequalification, and contract administrationAssist with RFIs, submittals, drawing releases, design changes, and change managementHelp coordinate site mobilization/demobilization and logistics in live or highsecurity environmentsSupport cost reporting, schedule tracking, earned value, and cashflow analysisAssist with commissioning support, turnover documentation, warranties, and closeout activitiesCollaborate with Superintendents and Site Managers to ensure subcontractor compliance with strict safety, quality, and schedule requirementsSupport materials management, equipment coordination, and inventory controlHelp analyze labor productivity, crew rates, unit rates, and labor burdens specific to missioncritical deliveryAssist with onboarding and coordination of field supervision and craft laborWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of construction or project delivery experienceExposure to data centers, critical facilities, industrial, power, or technical infrastructure is strongly preferredStrong organizational skills and ability to work in fastpaced, scheduledriven environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling, cost control, or construction management software preferredExcellent communication skills and high attention to detailBasic understanding of construction cost controls and GAAP fundamentalsWillingness to be sitebased as required by project demandsWhy This Opportunity Stands Out100% employeeowned EPC firm - employees directly benefit from company performanceIndustry leader in missioncritical and data center deliveryExposure to largescale, technically complex builds with repeat hyperscale clientsStrong investment in training, mentorship, and longterm career developmentKnown for low turnover, long project backlogs, and internal promotionClear progression path toward Construction Manager or Project Manager roles
