Senior Project Manager / Estimator - Civil Construction We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing civil construction team. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience estimating and managing civil/site development projects, including mass grading, excavation, underground utilities, and related heavy civil construction work. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and bid proposals Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project execution Review plans, specifications, and contract documents Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall performance Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Assist with business development and client relationships Qualifications 12+ years of experience in civil construction estimating and project management Strong background in site development, mass grading, excavation, and underground utilities Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications Experience with bidding software and project management tools preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Bonus potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Send resume to ... for more information
