Journeyman Electrician - JLL

What this job involves:

Join JLL's Integrated Facility Management team as an IFM Electrician (Journeyman) in Devens, MA, where you'll be the electrical systems expert ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. You'll take ownership of complex MEP systems across interior and exterior building environments, from routine preventive maintenance to emergency response situations. This role combines technical expertise with problem-solving as you diagnose, repair, and optimize electrical systems up to 600V, building automation controls, and specialized facility equipment. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your electrical knowledge directly impacts facility performance and occupant safety, making you an essential part of JLL's commitment to operational excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Perform electrical system operations, maintenance, and installations including preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs on low- and high-voltage equipment up to 600V
* Troubleshoot and repair complex building systems including DDC controls, BAS systems, HVAC components, motors, VFDs, and commercial kitchen equipment
