Position Description

Position Summary:
Warner Bros. LLC is seeking a qualified and reliable individual to serve as a Part-Time Operator at the Sunderland Wastewater Treatment Plant. This role is responsible for supporting daily plant operations, ensuring compliance with environmental standards, and maintaining equipment performance.

Essential Functions:
The following list is intended to be exemplary of the physical demands of the position, however it is not exhaustive of all day-to-day functions. The incumbent will be required to perform any or all of the following in a given day or week:
1. Part-time hours
2. Availability required for weekends, holidays, and some weekdays
3. Conduct water quality laboratory testing and record results accurately
4. Perform routine quality control procedures
5. Assist with operation, monitoring, and maintenance of plant equipment
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations
7. Support general plant operations as needed

Position Requirements

Qualifications:
1. Massachusetts Grade III Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators License (required)
2. Valid drivers license (required)
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
4. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills preferred

Employee may sit for an hour or more at a time.

Independent Action:
Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and practices. Consults with plant supervisor where clarification or exception to procedure may be required.
