WEPCO currently have openings for General Laborer positions on our productions lines for our 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am).

***All hires must pass a physical and drug screening prior to starting***

Requirements/Tasks:

Demonstrated ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short letters and travelers
Profound ability to communicate in personal and small group situations to employees of the organization
Critical Thinking Skills
Active Listening Skills
Dependability
Cooperation
Adaptability/Flexibility
Knowledge of conversion coating and previous experience is a plus but not required
Must be able to lift over 60lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Payrate:

A 20% shift differential!
