Building Maintenance Laborer (1st Shift)

What You'll Do:
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance across resort properties
- Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
- Open and close buildings and test/maintain pools and hot tubs
- Support seasonal cleanup tasks - shoveling snow in winter, raking and mulching in spring
- Help set up/break down event spaces and assist guests as needed
- Safely operate machinery and maintain equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet high standards for guest and owner satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
- A reliable, punctual individual with a strong work ethic
- Someone flexible and available for weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with tools, maintenance, or trades is a plus
