Position Summary The Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for all employees and maintaining full compliance with OSHA, DOT, MSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety regulations. This role provides leadership to Field Safety Representatives and field supervisors, oversees company-wide safety programs, leads compliance and risk-reduction initiatives, and serves as a member of the Leadership Team. The position focuses on protecting employees from injury and the organization from regulatory, legal, and financial risk while promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.
