As the exclusive Cleary provider in the region, we take pride in delivering high-quality, durable buildingsand our foremen play a key role in making that happen. This is a hands-on leadership position, not a desk or observation role. The Foreman is expected to work side-by-side with the crew every day, leading by example while directly contributing to all phases of construction. Position Overview The Construction Crew Foreman is responsible for personally executing and leading daily construction activities in the field to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines skilled craftsmanship with active crew leadership, requiring someone who is just as comfortable swinging a hammer and setting posts as they are directing the team. Key Responsibilities Actively build on-site every day, working alongside crew members in all phases of post-frame construction Lead by example by demonstrating proper construction methods, work ethic, and attention to detail Direct, train, and support crew members in real time, ensuring work is completed correctly and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, then personally help lay out, measure, and execute builds according to plan Ensure each phase of construction is completed in proper sequence through direct involvement and oversight Coordinate with office staff on inspections and assist hands-on with any required corrections Maintain a safe job site by actively enforcing and practicing safety procedures in the field Keep the job site clean, organized, and production-ready at all times Anticipate upcoming work and material needs while actively progressing the build Provide daily progress updates and quickly address issues as they arise Ensure crew members stay productive by working alongside them and keeping momentum on-site Uphold Shamrock Buildings' high standards of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Foster a respectful, team-oriented environment through actionsnot just direction Requirements Proven experience in construction, with strong hands-on building skills Minimum 2 years of experience as a foreman or in a working leadership role on a construction crew Strong ability to read and work directly from blueprints in the field Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and rough trade work Ability to lead a crew while actively performing physical construction tasks daily Strong communication and problem-solving skills on the job site Ability to manage multiple priorities without stepping away from hands-on responsibilities Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must provide personal tool bags and hard hat (company provides additional tools) Ability to pass a background check English required; Spanish is a plus Ability to pass a drug test What We Offer: Shamrock Buildings, LLC provides a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
