If you're a high energy self starter who can fabricate structural steel, weld stainless and aluminum from shop drawings then this could be the job for you. Also being able to build and fabricate without a set design is a plus. Critical skills needed: - Fabricate from shop drawings. - Attention to detail and ability to analyze and build from a full set of shop drawings. - Self starter that doesn't need us holding your hand to figure out shop drawings, weld settings etc. Must be drug free and show up on time. Willing to work overtime when needed. Top level pay for qualified candidates. **Prevailing wage projects.** Must be able to pass a structural welding test/fabrication test with multiple welding process including FCAW, MIG, TIG and stick.
