Technician Hours: 10:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday (full-time)
Work Location: In-person
Why work for us?
Top Pay - There are no minimum hours turned, no book time, no unpaid work on comebacks, and no warranty work. We also do not handle maydays or emergency work.
Schedule Flexibility - We typically do not work on customer vehicles; we dont have customers waiting for their vehicle to be finished and we arent waiting on customer approval to do the job. If you are halfway through a project and decide you want to go home and take a long weekend you can.
Independent Workplace - We trust you and your abilities. We won't be watching over you or second-guessing your work. You are free to do things how you want, when you want.
Proper Equipment - We are constantly reinvesting by upgrading tools and equipment. We maintain two forklifts on site, one for inside the shop and one for outside. We also keep large service trucks on hand equipped with 10k+ cranes. We have the tools and equipment to tackle nearly any job.
Amenities - We have a 6,000 sq ft heated shop with five bays and an all-concrete floor.
Qualifications:
While we appreciate applicants with ASE certifications or formal education, they are not required. Some of the best technicians in the industry have succeeded without schooling or certifications. We are far more interested in your skills and attitude than your resume.
Familiarity with some (or all) of the following:
Power Stroke 6.7L / 6.4L / 6.0L / 7.3L
Cummins 6.7L / 5.9L
Caterpillar 7.2L (C7 & 3126)
International 7.6L (DT466)
International MaxxForce
Electrical diagnostic & repair
Hydraulic diagnostic & repair
Essential Duties:
Perform inspection, diagnostic, replacement and repairs for machinery, equipment & complex electrical & hydraulic systems.
Order your own parts.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
At least 21 years of age with an insurable driving record.
At least five years of experience as a diesel/heavy equipment mechanic/technician.
