Family owned truck dealership and leasing company seeking experienced Welder and Hooklift/Truck Body Installer.

Applicant Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in welding.fabricating/hydraulic installation
Attentive to detail
Punctuality and accountability
Must be able to accommodate 8AM-4:30PM daily schedule
Must have knowledge of truck hydraulic and mechanical systems including PTO and pump installation, chassis alterations, hydraulic lines and systems, liftgate installation and repairs, and electrical/lighting systems.

Responsibilities:

Liftgate installation and repair
Truck body and frame welding
Chassis alterations including stretches and shortenings
Installations of PTO's, Hooklift systems, Dump bodies, electric systems, truck frame repair and alteration, fabrication of hitch plates
Keep a safe and clean work area
Keeping track of time, parts, and materials usage for each job on repair orders

Requirements:

Must have own hand tools. Specialty tools will be provided including mig welders
Must have drivers license
Ability to work efficiently and responsibly
Good attitude and drive to solve problems

Compensation:

$40-$44/hour starting pay based on experience
Health insurance plan (after mandatory waiting period)
Paid holidays, vacation time, and PTO
