Qualifications for this position would include and not be limited to: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not mandatory 5 years minimum roofing experience Product and warranty knowledge, ability to explain and present this info to clients proficiently Excellent customer service, phone and social skills Able to work with and learn Excel spreadsheet software Proficient Email communication and Phone communication skills Excellent Organizational skills Excellent problem solving skills with typical construction scenarios Excellent time management skills Valid and current CA drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry a ladder from off of a ladder rack and set up correctly on a roof eave We provide cell phone for company use and a truck Company uniform (shirt and jacket with our logo) is required, we provide Training will take place on the job 401k, Health Insurance and profit sharing are offered but not guaranteed.
