We are looking for motivated crew members to be part of our installation team. We work in both residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with carpentry/mechanical skills. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to hire immediately. Strong experience in the trades is requested. Experience with metal structures a plus. Represent the company well with a professional attitude, high attention to details and focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience. 4+ years' experience in General Construction and/or manual labor Knowledge on how to operate power tools Is reliable and punctual have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in installing aluminum products a plus but not required Is a team player with a positive attitude and solution-oriented Physical Demands: Must be in good physical condition; must be able to lift a minimum of 80lbs; will need to traverse over construction-type terrain when under development; will move through the construction site and the materials in place for use on the site; might need to climb ladders and temporary stairways; must be able to follow safety protocols.
