We are a small San Francisco property management company with commercial properties in SSF and Brisbane, and residential properties in SF's Inner Sunset, Marina District and Dolores Park area. We are seeking a 1099 independent contractor available 1-3 hours per week (sometimes more) to perform general property maintenance and repairs primarily in Brisbane and South San Francisco. Occasional repairs in SF are likely as well if you work in SF too. Payments: Invoices are processed weekly and paid via a mailed check. Ideally, the role would involve a weekly site walk, noting any repairs or cleaning needs, then completing those tasks. Occasional tenant requests may be sent as well. We would provide the necessary materials via a purchasing accounts, or reimburse you for the purchase of needed materials.
