Mig Welder - pay up to $30/hour in Anoka. MN. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel in a high-volume production setting Use weld fixtures and interpret weld symbols to complete assemblies accurately Load, weld, and unload parts while maintaining steady production flow Work within a team-based weld cell, passing units between stations efficiently Produce 2,000-2,500 welds per day while maintaining cosmetic quality standards Follow standard work instructions, weld sequences, and cycle times Contribute to team production goals, with performance measured at the cell level Maintain a safe work environment and consistently use required PPE Handle physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and twisting throughout your shift Required Skills (Not Mandatory): Experience with MIG welding in a production or manufacturing environment Experience with pulse welding on mild steel Ability to read and interpret weld symbols and blueprints Proven ability to maintain consistent weld quality at high volume Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes Reliable attendance and commitment to team performance Nice to Have: Experience working with weld fixtures and jigs Experience in team-based weld cells or assembly environments Apply Now to proceed with interview process asap!!!
