Job Summary:
Lead and manage facilities infrastructure and capital projects in a healthcare environment. Oversee projects and teams to ensure safe efficient and compliant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage capital projects and facility initiatives
• Lead and supervise MEP staff and daily work activities
• Develop project scope budgets and schedules
• Coordinate vendors contractors and internal teams
• Support bidding process and vendor selection
• Oversee construction and project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage project documentation budgets and reporting
• Coordinate inspections permits and site requirements
• Support project closeout and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field preferred
• 5 or more years facilities or infrastructure experience
• Project management experience in healthcare preferred
• Experience managing MEP staff or maintenance teams
• Strong knowledge of building systems and construction practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Salary:

• $100,000 - $115,000 annually
