Job Summary:
Perform electrical maintenance repairs and installations in a healthcare facility. Support safe and reliable operation of building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Install and maintain electrical fixtures and power systems
• Diagnose malfunctions and replace defective components
• Read blueprints and diagrams for electrical work
• Support repairs of motors transformers and power distribution systems
• Install and repair alarms communication and building systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Respond to service requests and equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures including lockout and tagout

Qualifications:

• Experience with electrical systems and maintenance work
• Knowledge of power distribution and control systems
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Experience troubleshooting motors and equipment preferred
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:

• $40 - $50 hourly
