The Source and Recruit Company has been retained by Silver Maple Construction, a high-end construction firm based in New Haven, Vermont, to assist in recruiting Plumbers for their expanding Mechanical Division. All inquiries will remain strictly confidential.

Silver Maple Construction is seeking Master and Journeyman Plumbers with strong residential plumbing expertise and a collaborative spirit. These full-time roles support a growing mechanical division focused on precision installations and thoughtful service.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for residential builds and renovations
• Perform new installations, replacements, and maintenance of piping systems, fixtures, valves, and mechanical components
• Adhere to all plumbing codes and workplace safety standards
• Travel to job sites within a 1-2 hour radius, with mileage reimbursement provided
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent service needs
• Troubleshoot systems and implement efficient, long-term plumbing solutions
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other trades
• Mentor junior team members as appropriate

• Master or Journeyman Plumbing License preferred/required for some positions
• Seasoned apprentice-level candidates will also be considered
• 4+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience preferred
• Valid drivers license
• Natural gas, propane, and refrigerant certifications are a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and understand mechanical layouts
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to safely work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces and heights

Standard working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Travel to job sites within a 1-2 hour radius may be required.
