At Burr Remodeling, our carpenters are skilled professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer experience. Were looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Carpenter who can work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality remodeling projects from framing through finish.

What You'll Do
Complete carpentry tasks efficiently and independently, as directed by the Lead Carpenter
Deliver work that meets Burr Remodelings standards for quality and craftsmanship
Keep projects on schedule and work productively to support job profitability
Maintain clear, professional communication with team members and homeowners
Perform all aspects of carpentry, from framing to finish work
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
Properly manage and care for tools, materials, and equipment
Track time accurately and stay organized with daily responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Execute carpentry work while following all safety procedures
Maintain job site cleanliness, including dust control, daily cleanup, and final cleanup
Protect client property throughout the duration of the project
Maintain and care for both personal and company tools
Provide job progress updates, including photos when requested
Support the Lead Carpenter with additional tasks as needed

What Were Looking For
3-5 years of carpentry experience or apprenticeship
Strong skills in both rough framing and finish carpentry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts
Working knowledge of building codes and construction best practices
Reliable, organized, and able to follow direction
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Basic set of hand and power tools

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working on ladders and at varying heights
Ability to safely operate tools and equipment commonly used in construction
