Apprentice & Journeyman Commercial Electrician NEEDED - Surprise, AZ
Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our vibrant team in Surprise, AZ. Under general supervision, they will install electrical systems, services, and equipment in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards and as directed by Foreman. They will install and provide for the safe condition and operation of all electrical fixtures and systems. This individual will also adhere to established work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems: You'll ensure our projects adhere to all codes, standards, and specifications, contributing to the safety and reliability of our installations.
Blueprint Mastery: You'll deftly read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings, allowing you to bring our projects to life with precision and expertise.
Troubleshooting Prowess: Identifying and diagnosing electrical issues is a key part of your role, enabling us to address any challenges that arise swiftly.
Safety First: We prioritize the well-being of our team members. You'll work safely and efficiently with the latest tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring a secure working environment.
Team Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with superintendents, project managers, engineers, and fellow tradespeople will be fundamental in delivering successful projects.

Required Skills and Abilities
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written reference material.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

A strong desire to learn and grow a, working under the supervision of the Foreman.
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Education and Experience
8+ Years of Construction Industry Experience: Your substantial experience as an electrician in construction will be invaluable to our team.
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: You'll need these to get to our exciting projects.
OSHA 10 or 30, and State license preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of electrical circuits/wiring and electrical codes.
Physical Requirements:
Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying.
Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions.
