Forklift Operator - $20/Hour - 3 DAY WEEKEND** The General Production Worker safely removes parts from steel sheets, inspects them for quality, and prepares them for the next stage in the manufacturing process. This role involves labor-intensive work, frequent use of hand and power tools, and accurate recording of completed tasks in a computer system within a fast-growing fabrication environment. Responsibilities Safely remove parts from steel sheets following established procedures and safety guidelines. Stack and organize parts in an orderly manner to ensure efficient flow to subsequent operations. Use hand tools to remove tabbing, scale, and other excess material from parts. Inspect each piece for surface quality defects and identify any issues that require attention. Accurately record completed work and production data in the computer system. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations. Work in a labor-intensive environment that requires consistent physical effort throughout the shift. Collaborate with team members and follow direction to meet production goals and timelines. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of tools and personal protective equipment. Skills Solid work history in labor-intensive or physically demanding jobs. Consistent job tenure of 6+ months in the most recent position. Consistent job tenure of 1 year or more in an industrial or production position. 1+ year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or machine operation environment. 1+ year of experience using hand tools or power tools. Ability to perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing or production setting. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery and tools. Ability to accurately enter and track work information in a computer system. Capacity to stand, move, and handle materials for extended periods in a labor-intensive role. Why Work Here?
