Lead Carpenter / Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Lead Builder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional who can lead a crew, manage job sites, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:

Working lead and supervise a construction crew on residential and/or commercial projects
Coordinate daily job site activities and workflow
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed
Order and manage materials and maintain an organized job site
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction or carpentry (10+ years preferred)
Leadership experience managing crews or job sites
Strong knowledge of multiple trades, building methods, tools, and materials
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
