You will be a trusted design professional for our clients, guiding them both in your store and virtually across the country through furniture selections to full-room transformions. Using your interior design expertise, trend awareness, and omni-channel salesmanship, youll help bring their vision to life. This role blends creivity, sales acumen, and stregy, giving you the tools to inspire and the autonomy to deliver results. From room layouts to fabric swches, your design solutions will reflect each customers unique style, budget, and needs. Youll drive client relionships from discovery to purchase and beyond.

• In-Store Customer Ownership: Act as the dediced in-store owner for your customer pipeline, seamlessly blending high-potential in-store opportunities with digital design leads. You will actively manage remote workstreams with high-touch communicion while maximizing physical showroom traffic using expert salesmanship.

• Be the Customers Trusted Advisor: Greet, listen, and learn. Youll lead virtual and in-person design consultions th feel more like conversions, getting to know a customers style, needs, and how they really live. Whether its a growing family, a new pet, or a dream remodel, youll help it all come together beautifully.

• Leverage AI & Tech: Build out 2D/3D room views, mood boards, and persuasive presentions using design software and AI-driven tools to provide rapid, high-quality visual solutions.

• Turn Vision Into Reality: Cree stunning, functional spaces using color theory, spial planning, and textiles to build cohesive, shoppable plans. Walk customers through fabric swches, finishes, and product choices with confidence and clarity.

• Maintain Showroom Excellence: Balance essential in-person duties with digital workstreams, including sales floor coverage, team collaborion, and assisting with floor sets or replenishment.

• Drive Sales with Style: Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, grow your pipeline, and inspire customers to invest in beautiful, functional spaces. You'll actively seek out new customer needs and opportunities, and turn design dreams into completed sales.

• Design Know-How: At least 2 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or graphic design, with a solid grasp of spial planning, color theory, and style trends. A bachelors degree or equivalent design-reled educion is a plus.

• Strong Salesmanship: 2+ years of sales experience (ideally with higher price-point products), with a proven ability to build trust and close sales across face-to-face, phone, and digital plforms.

• AI & Tech Aptitude: A self-starter mindset with comfort using design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, DesignFiles), POS systems, CRM plforms like Salesforce, and familiarity with using AI for design efficiency.

• A Hustle Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and know how to prioritize like a pro: safeguarding time for your virtual customer follow-ups while eagerly jumping in to help on the floor.

• Gre People & Team Skills: You are a strong communicor who shines in a collaborive environment, loves sharing design tips, and easily builds trust with customers from all walks of life.

• Mobility Requirement: A valid driver's license is required for potential in-home design visits.

• Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach with hands and arms. You will be frequently required to handle, feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and occasionally required to sit, regularly climb, or balance.

• Flexibility: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customers exactly when they are ready to design.

• Lifting Requirements: Ability to regularly, frequently, or occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

• Vision Requirements: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Working Environment: Exposure to varying temperure conditions, occasional noise/physical retail activity, and minimal exposure to workplace hazards.
