• Minimum Education
  • Technical School Training or 10 years experience in one of the following electrical, plumbing, or HVAC fields.
• 
  Minimum Experience
  • 10 years’ experience as a HVAC maintenance worker in an institutional or industrial setting required.
• 
  Required Registration/License/Certification
  • Universal Freon License or Technical School Degree within 6 months of hire/transfer.
