We are hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter / Framing Lead for residential and multifamily projects. If you know how to run a framing crew, keep production moving, and lead by example we want to talk to you.

Homes, townhomes & multifamily projects
$22$35/hr DOE
$2,000$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified experienced candidates

What Were Looking For

We need candidates with:
1+ year of framing experience (lead experience preferred)
Ability to lead and communicate with crews
Strong understanding of framing layouts and production
Experience with prefab components is a HUGE plus
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to read a tape measure and plans
Comfortable using nail guns and framing tools
