Woodworker

Sweetwood Custom Cabinets is looking for a talented woodworker to join our team of professional craftspeople. Applicants will need to be able to transform raw wood and sheet goods into great looking custom items for our cabinet projects. Typical work includes building custom hoods, doors, trim, floating shelves, panels, corbels, furniture pieces, legs, and wood counters, but we are a truly custom shop it can vary quite a bit. Applicants must be able to operate industry standard tools and equipment safely as well as be able to produce high quality pieces on specified timelines. This is not an entry level position so please do not apply unless you have multiple years of experience.

Helpful Skills:
-Strong problem solving and math skills
-Able to read plans, a tape, and appliance and hardware specs.
-Strong understanding of joinery and woodworking processes
-Able to identify wood species
-Attention to detail
