Carpenter

We are a well-established Metro Vancouver based restoration company seeking skilled carpenters to join our existing crews. Our company pays their bills on time and treats employees well... Great working environment.

Ideally you will have worked with Building Envelope Remediation, Balcony and Deck Rebuilds and Recoatings, Building Exterior Waterproofing, Structural Framing Repairs, Window & Door Replacements and some interior finishing as well.
Permanent & Full time 40 Hours per week. Most of the work is outdoors year round.

Must have a valid B.C. driver's license and transportation to work and job sites around the Lower Mainland.

Other Skills required:
Must speak, read and write English. Be able to work with others in a team environment, understand job task planning and organization. Construction deficiency & problem solving is an asset, as is the ability to provide concise written reports from site inspections.

The ideal candidate:

Professional carpenter;
Minimum 2 years experience in residential envelope restoration;
Good interpersonal skills with clients and homeowners;
Promotes a positive safety culture with a target for zero incidents and accidents;
Ensuring quality for the client by providing the highest quality workmanship;
Must be reliable and trustworthy;
Must possess clean BC drivers license and can drive company vehicle;
